piattoranocchio, ma che cos’è ?

Lo so il titolo può apparire un tantino strano, ma…

Una nota frase di Jean Anthelme Brillat-Savarin (politico e gastronomo francese considerato il padre della moderna gastronomia che non fu mai un cuoco ma in primo luogo un buongustaio) scritta nel suo libro pubblicato nel 1825 “Fisiologia del Gusto” cita:

“Invitare qualcuno a pranzo vuol dire incaricarsi della felicità di questa persona durante le ore che egli passa sotto il vostro tetto.”

Ciao a tutti, mi chiamo Alessia, classe 1971, un lavoro, una casa, un marito, un figlio, un labrador, cinque pesci rossi ai quali si aggiungono stagionalmente un riccio, uno scoiattolo, qualche topolino, un picchio, le tortorelle, un pettirosso, le gazze, i fringuelli, i codibugnolo, i codirossi….. Fin qui tutto normale, una fattoria in pratica, ma cosa dire se si decide che una passione vuole essere messa a disposizione di tutti ? Una strana sensazione scrivere di se stessi ma anche una grande emozione. Adoro fotografare i miei piatti, adoro preparare tutto il backstage, crearne sempre di nuovi con oggetti perfetti per ogni piatto e occasione. Mi piace cucinare, sperimentare. Allora ecco che nasce il blog con l’unico vero scopo di scrivere le mie ricette, come se le trascrivessi a penna in un diario, annotando le mie idee, scarabocchiando le mie variazioni, creando la “mia” ricetta, quella fatta su misura per me e per la mia famiglia. Fotografare il piatto finito e condividerlo insieme agli ingredienti, per farne uscire l’essenza, il profumo, la bontà. Piattoranocchio non insegna nulla, non è il mio mestiere, solo raccolgo le mie avventure in cucina sperando che possano servire a qualcuno, sperando di cogliere nel segno, di far breccia in qualche cuore che naviga nei ricordi!

Le foto dei miei piatti sono tutte mie…. mi sento una pulce a tuo confronto… chissà quanti errori farò. ma adoro fotografare, non ho mai fatto corsi ne tantomeno ho una grande macchina ma amo i particolari e i miei piatti, mi ispirano!
